This was a beautiful location near Avalon. The golf cart was so helpful to get to and from town, approx  1 1/2 miles. The view can’t be beat. Please know there are 114 steps from the location that you park the golf cart. You can always get dropped off at the top and walk down instea,  but the driver still has to walk up. Well worth the view!  Thanks for a great time!

Hamilton Cove is really a gem.. it's hard to believe that such a place exists in America. The condo itself was really beautiful and well appointed. The view, stunning! The use of the golf cart was a huge benefit to us as we bopped around the island! 10/10

Hamilton Cove 1/68 did NOT disappoint - wish we could give it 10 stars!!! It is even nicer than the pictures show. We were in awe. (As were all our family & friends who saw our pictures and swore we were on a Greek Island 😊) Brent and Carrie are seriously the best too! They are the kindest, most friendly, professional and responsive hosts we have ever had the pleasure to book with. They've thought of EVERYTHING!! They have set up the condo with anything & everything you could possibly need or want! Catalina Island has been on our bucket list for several years and we are grateful that of all the rentals there, this was the one we chose. This place is SO GORGEOUS and yet comfortable... It's really hard to describe how peaceful, modern, and clean everything is. And OMG THE VIEWS!!! The golf cart really made the experience too. If you are considering booking anywhere in Avalon, please choose this one - you will be so happy you did!  We spent 2 nights here but could have easily spent 40 more. Thank you again, we will recommend your place to everyone we know and certainly return❤️

We had an amazing stay at 1/66 in Hamilton Cove!! Rimas is an incredibly responsive and proactive host. He even offered to deliver the golf cart near the dock so we wouldn't have to take a taxi to Hamilton Cove! The unit was spotless clean and had everything from a well-stocked kitchen to a closet full of games and sports equipment. There is a significant amount of stairs to get to the unit, but we read the reviews, packed accordingly, and had zero issues. The magical ocean view from this unit makes every single step worth it!! We're already looking forward to our next stay!

This place is all about the ocean view, which is perfect. A wraparound patio with ocean views and several seating areas. The condo is very nice, if a little dated, includes games and equipment for tennis and basketball, and has basic supplies in the kitchen. The property is set aside from the town of Avalon, which makes for a private space and lots of peace and quiet, although you'll likely want the golf cart rental if you're going back and forth. Host communicates frequently and clearly with instructions, including a helpful video on how to get up to the front door from the parking lot.

We recently stayed at Avalon Resort #66 and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The view from the unit is breathtaking, waking up each morning to a peaceful, scenic landscape was one of the highlights of our trip. The golf cart included with the rental made getting around the resort, town, and to the beach incredibly easy and fun. We especially appreciated the grill on the patio, which we used several times to cook dinner while enjoying the fresh air and sunset. The kitchen was also fully stocked from cookware to utensils, which made cooking at home simple and enjoyable. The comfort of the home was top-notch. The living space was inviting, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed for relaxation. After the beach, we’d often head to the pool, which was clean, heated, and never overcrowded. Overall, Avalon #66 offered the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Awesome stay at Hamilton Cove! Definitely one of the nicest condos I’ve seen here. Great wrap around balcony with amazing views, lots of privacy, and plenty of outdoor lounge space. Tastefully decorated interior, comfy beds, and even offered a handful of nice touches to enjoy the community amenities (eg tennis rackets, golf putters, etc). Use of golf cart was a must and nice that it was electric (easy to charge, no exhaust in your face, no need to gas up at the end of our stay). Rimas was super responsive, flexible, and made for a very enjoyable stay…highly recommended!!

We had a great holiday weekend getaway at Rimas’s cottage in Lake Arrowhead. It was our lakeside oasis from the moment we arrived. The newly remodeled interior was gorgeous and set the tone for the duration of our stay. The location was nestled in the woods with a nostalgic nature walk down what our daughter called “butterfly alley” to the lakeside. We loved the easy proximity to the village just a 5-10min walk on the lakeside nature path in one direction to the left and the perfect quiet private beach with stream for the kids to play to the right on the trail. We took home some great memories and look forward to returning in the future!

We recently stayed at this incredible cabin in Lake Arrowhead, and it was an unforgettable experience! The moment we arrived, we were blown away by the gorgeous interior decor, the beautiful window views, the outdoor patio among the trees, and how comfortable and luxurious it all was.  The decor is stunning and creates a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere.

The highlight for us was the amazing game room. It’s a paradise for anyone who enjoys indoor entertainment. We had a blast playing bumper pool, poker, and pool. It was perfect for our family and kept everyone entertained for hours.

Additionally, the cabin was spotless. Cleanliness is so important to us, and this place exceeded our expectations. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay.

This Lake Arrowhead cabin is a true gem. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of natural beauty, modern comforts, and fun activities. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fabulous stay at this amazing cabin! It was beautifully laid out with all the amenities listed and more. The kitchen and the new appliances made it great to whip up a couple amazing meals. The new furniture on the main floor and the game room downstairs were very comfortable and fun to use hang out on. 
The bedrooms were well appointed with great linens and pillows. 
We spent a lot of time outdoors on the spacious deck enjoying the quietness this cabin has to offer and it came with a great BBQ too. 
This home is right next to the water with hiking trails and it’s a quick walk to the nearby Lake Arrowhead Village shops, restaurants and bars. Going out on a boat cruising the lake under the sunshine and mountain air is a must. Don’t forget to jump in for a swim too. The temperature was perfect.
We would recommend staying here to anyone and everyone looking for a fun, restful comfortable relaxing time.

The space
Our condo features a spacious bedroom, large bath with separate shower, tub, and toilet room with separate door, and dual sinks. The kitchen overflows to the living room and dining room with bay windows, and there is a bonus room off the living area (without a door or closet) with French door entrance/exit and a nice daybed with trundle. We also have dedicated laundry with a full-sized washer and dryer, very convenient for guests a few feet from our front door.

Guest access
Guests enjoy the entire condo (bedroom, bath, living room, dining room, bonus room and kitchen) plus the laundry. Balconies in Hamilton Cove are open between most condos (please see photos) but we've never seen or heard of anyone trying to use our balcony.
