The space
This upper condo opens to an entry hallway with spacious bathroom with shower, soaking tub and dual sinks to the right. On the left is a beautiful bedroom with vaulted, beamed ceilings, new bedroom set, California King bed, dual nightstands and large dresser. The mirrored wardrobe closet features lots of storage and there's a 55” LG smart TV with streaming services. Directly ahead is a very spacious living room with high, vaulted ceilings which opens to the ocean with large view window, dual sets of French doors with glass, and bay windows which enclose the dining area. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances (Fisher & Paykel refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, GE Monogram smart dishwasher, and Frigidaire microwave, cooktop and oven.) The living room features another LG smart TV that’s 65 inches, lots of board games and puzzles, a pull-out leather sofa sleeper and a new inflatable air mattress. We have premium 680-thread count sheets and pillowcases and much more!
Our spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath corner condo blends luxury and beach casual vibes with a remodeled interior with unobstructed panoramic ocean views from our large 35-foot balcony. Guests love waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying their morning coffee with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the ocean.
As one of the most sought-after properties, our condo offers a wide array of amenities to ensure an unforgettable experience: resort-style pool, spa, mini golf, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Families and couples alike appreciate the proximity to Hamilton Beach down below, and they love the availability of our continually serviced Yamaha golf cart which can be used to explore the island with ease. Another bonus is that our golf cart dedicated parking space is located at the top of the development and not down below where you would need to walk up many stairs to get back to the condo. It's very convenient!
Inside, our condo features a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable family room, and a beautiful dining area. With two sets of double French doors and extra windows, our place is filled with natural light which really crates an inviting atmosphere. We love how different the condo feels with being located on a corner and having extra windows in both the living room and the bedroom.
An added convenience is that we have fewer stairs than many to access the condo. At 21 steps from the top road, getting to and from our place isn't a burden. Our guests also appreciate the convenience of BBQing on the balcony, making it the perfect spot for meals with an incredible view. Just keep an eye on your food if you run inside for something! There are seagulls who will show up very quickly if you step inside and leave food out!

Guests have exclusive access to our entire place. The only shared amenity is the laundry with full-sized washer and dryer directly outside our door and shared with only the condo next door.
Other things to note
Our condo features a spacious bedroom, large bath with dual sinks, separate shower and tub, and toilet room with separate door. The kitchen overflows to the living room and dining room with bay windows. We also have full sized laundry access very convenient for guests a few feet from our front door.
